About Recycled Asphalt
Old asphalt, crushed and screened. Laid and compacted it knits together as the sun warms it, which makes it a common choice for a driveway, a farm lane or a long access track where new asphalt is not worth it. Cheaper than road base and darker. It is recycled material, so the size and colour vary load to load.
